 After
purchasing my new Dell D620 Laptop, I immediately ordered the Pelican
laptop protector case. From previous reviews and research I knew
that when it came to protection for your expensive equipment it
does not get any better than Pelican. After comparing the dimensions
of the laptop to the cases offered, the lot fell to the 1490CC#2.
The case arrived in a box with a bold
claim of being "The world's toughest watertight equipment cases".
After looking the case over I knew it had to be true. After playing
with the double latches and looking the case over, I knew I had
made the right decision.
Here is what the case looks like inside.
I comes with a lid organizer and also had strips of pick and pluck
foam that you can use to give your laptop a snug fit. The velcro
strap to keep the laptop from flopping around while moving.
Here is the 1490CC2 with my Dell D620 Laptop.
You can actually work on your laptop
with it inside the case.
